Whether the planned community is to be a for-profit facility or a 501(c)(3)
not-for-profit facility, the financing institution or underwriter will require
a lengthy set of documents prior to a commitment for providing the financing.
Brownlyn Associates will assist the owner/sponsor in gathering and preparing

owner/sponsor to financial institutions who have provided financing for similar
projects in the past and who are familiar with the specialized financing needs
